Quality Engineer – Business to Business Products

Must have a fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, systems, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, customer expectations and satisfaction. Must be familiar with X-Rite color meter and software, Must be familiar with Lean or RCI tools and principles. Familiar with Malcolm Baldridge or ISO a plus!

Process Engineer – Foods

The purpose of this position will be to provide process engineering, quality, instrumentation, and technical support for plant operations to ensure the efficient production of a quality product, and supervise the maintenance and facility maintenance functions; also serves as backup to the Plant Manager. Tooling Engineer – Forge

The primary function for this position is to design, modify and maintain tooling and processes that support the manufacturing process at forge facility. Should have experience with QS/ISO, any quality systems lean manufacturing experience (Six Sigma certification is a plus!). Degree in Engineering required.
